A quick guide to getting your family set up on NipperHub — from your first registration to your first Sunday at the beach.

How to register

Your club will usually share a registration link, or you can select "Register your family" from our home page and search for your club. The wizard walks you through five friendly steps: your kids, your contacts, a few consents, any swim certificates, then submit. Your answers save as you go, so you can pick up right where you left off.

Signing in

No passwords — just enter your mobile number and we'll text you a one-time code. If the code doesn't arrive, double-check the number and try again; if you've changed numbers recently, contact your club so they can update your details.

Paying fees

When a fee is due, your club sends a secure payment link handled by Stripe. Follow the link, pay, and you'll see it reflected on your family status page straight away.

Working With Children Checks (WWCC)

If you're volunteering in a role that involves supervising kids, you'll need a valid WWCC for your state. NipperHub will let you know if it applies to your role and track its status for you.

Add NipperHub to your home screen

Once you're signed in, you can install NipperHub like an app — look for "Add to Home Screen" in your phone's browser menu. It works offline too, so you're never stuck without answers at the beach.
