Questions parents ask us
When do registrations open?
It's set by your club, usually ahead of the season. Your club will share a registration link, or you can hit "Register your family" above and search for your club.
What do I need to apply?
Just your kids' details, an emergency contact or two, and — if your club requires it — a swim proficiency certificate. The wizard walks you through each bit.
Can I register partway through the season?
Often, yes — it depends on your club's settings. If applications are open, you're welcome to apply any time.
How do payment links work?
Your club sends a secure payment link (handled by Stripe) when a fee is due. Follow it, pay, done — no card details ever touch NipperHub's servers.
What's a WWCC, and do I need one?
A Working With Children Check. You'll only need one if you're volunteering in a role that involves supervising kids — NipperHub will tell you if it applies to you.
I've changed my mobile number — what now?
Get in touch with your club so they can update your contact details — sign-in codes go to whichever number is on file.
