No passwords, ever
Everyone signs in with a one-time code sent by SMS. Staff who can see child records also need multi-factor authentication.
Access is logged
Sensitive actions — viewing medical notes, exporting data, changing a role — leave an audit trail. Nothing sensitive happens quietly.
Payments handled by Stripe
Card details are never seen or stored by NipperHub — payments run through Stripe, a global leader in payment security.
Secrets stay secret
API keys and credentials are kept in a dedicated secrets vault — never in code, never in a config file that could leak.
