Privacy at NipperHub

Families trust us with details about their kids, and we don't take that lightly. Here's a plain-English summary of how we handle your information. This page is a friendly guide, not a legal document — your club's full privacy policy is available on request.

What we collect, and why

Only what's needed to run your club's Nippers program: your children's names and age group, your contact details, attendance, and — where relevant — payment and compliance information like Working With Children Checks. We deliberately collect less, not more: for example, we store an age group, never a date of birth.

Where your data lives

All family and child data is stored and processed in Australia. We use a small number of trusted providers for specific jobs — Stripe for payment processing and Resend for sending emails — and we keep what we share with them to the minimum needed.

Who can see it

Access is limited to the people who need it — your club's staff and volunteers, scoped to their role — and every access to sensitive information is logged. Anything sensitive, like medical notes, is protected further and only visible to rostered staff for the relevant session.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your family's information at any time — reach out to your club, or contact us directly and we'll point you the right way. We aim to acknowledge requests quickly and act on them within a reasonable time.

Keeping kids safe

Photos of children are only ever used with a parent's explicit, opt-in consent. Any safeguarding concern raised through NipperHub is handled with restricted visibility and a full audit trail.
